Awesome location and breakfast!
We spent 7 nights here, and it was perfect! The staff was super friendly, and the room had a great view of the Empire State Building. Breakfast was a lifesaver with 3 nieces tagging along. A little smoke smell lingered in our room, which was odd since we don’t smoke. Otherwise, solid stay!

Highly recommend for families visiting
The staff was incredibly helpful, they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the Empire State Building right from our window, it made every morning feel special.
It wasn't cheap but honestly for what we got, it was still reasonable.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's just a few blocks from the Empire State Building, and everything is within walking distance. The rooms feel spacious and have comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Staff members here are friendly and always willing to help, which made a difference in my stay. However, the breakfast area can get really crowded. Options for breakfast are decent but repetitive after a couple of days. It would be great if they had a bit more variety. I also noticed that having coffee available in the lobby throughout the day would have been a nice addition. The room had minimal closet space and the bathroom door was a sliding type with no lock, which could be awkward when sharing with friends. A little more privacy would have been nice. Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my time here and would consider staying again.

A Hidden Gem in Midtown!
We enjoyed a lovely stay! The breakfast staff went above and beyond, lending me a tray for my to-go meal when I asked. The city views from our room were stunning, and the nearby dining options were delightful. Just ensure to check the A/C if visiting in summer.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, particularly due to its convenient location near Bryant Park and the Theatre District. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure our large family felt welcome, and the free breakfast kept our kids happy every morning.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could use more seating for families.
